
I worked out at the work gym on the elliptical on Saturday (yesterday) for 30 minutes. Today, I slept in - it was already thundering at 7am - and then headed to my apartment gym and its swanky treadmill. I only had to run 3 miles today and I did - at 6.6 mph. Next week, the endurance day gets a bit longer than 3 miles - twice that, in fact.
